I have been advised and acknowledge that in the course of my employment with the City of Lamar, the City may at any time change the policies, procedures, benefits and benefit plans contained therein with or without prior notice since nothing in the Manual should be construed as a contract of employment or promise of continued benefits. If I have specific questions about any statements or provision in the Manual, I will direct them to my supervisor or to the Human Resource Office.
